To take full advantage of the Basic Kits, you need an e-box. It is the black box that gets installed on the side of the helmet, when you remove the small door that is located on the left side of all N-Com ready helmets. Each e-box comes with a charger, and a battery.
The BlueTooth® e-box allows for wireless communications between your helmet and another BlueTooth® device: this can be your cellular phone, your passenger’s helmet, or a GPS.
